Binuwisan ng Bureau of Internal Revenue ng P23.3 bil­yon ang estate ni diktador Ferdinand Marcos nang yumao ito nung 1989. Bilang estate administrator, binalewala ni BBM ang singilin ng BIR. Dahil sa interest at penalties, lumobo na ito sa P203.8 bilyon ngayon.

Kung maging presidente siya, ipabubura niya sa BIR ang P203.8 bilyon. Ugali niya umiwas sa buwis. ‘Yon ang dahilan kaya sentensiyado siya ng income tax evasion habang vice governor at governor ng Ilocos nu’ng 1982, 1983, 1984 at 1985.

Ani BBM, hindi niya ilalantad ang kanyang taunang Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth kung maging presidente. Ito’y bagama’t ang SALN ay unang panukat ng integridad ng isang opisyal.

Nu’ng senador si BBM, 2010-2016, hindi siya nagkusang-loob ilabas ang SALNs niya. Ipinaskel lang ng Senate Secretariat ang SALN ng lahat. Sa debate nang kumandidato siyang VP nu’ng 2016 hindi niya maipaliwanag kung bakit dumoble ang personal na yaman niya sa P250 milyon; wala naman siyang negosyo o ibang trabaho kundi mambabatas. Napasama pa siya sa mga senador na nagbulsa ng pork barrel, kaya lang hindi nakasuhan. E, kung mag-presidente pa kaya siya?

NANGUNGUNA si dating Chinese presidential adviser Michael Yang sa mga ipinahahabla ng Senate Blue-Ribbon Committee dahil sa Pharmally scam. Ganundin sina Lloyd Christopher Lao at Warren Rex Liong, mga dating hepe ng Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM). Damay si Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Francisco Duque sa pagwaldas ng P42 bilyon.

Si Yang ang guarantor ng Pharmally, na kapos sa kapital at itinatag ng Taiwanese fugitive na si Huang Tzu Yen. Sina Lao at Liong ang nagbayad du’n ng P12 bilyon para sa mamahaling luma at depektibong COVID test kits, face masks, shields at protective gear. Bahagi ang pera sa P42 bilyon ng DOH — budget kontra pandemya.

Dahil appointees niya sina Yang, Lao, Liong at Duque, sinangkot din ng BRC si President Rody Duterte sa katiwalian. Mga detalye:

Napaniwala ang Pilipino sa mga pangako ni Rodrigo Duterte nu’ng 2016. Aniya buburahin niya ang korapsyon at droga. Igigiit daw ang soberenya ng Pilipinas sa ating karagatan. Ang maruming bunganga niya ay inakala ng tao na kaisa nila siya.

Ngayong inuusig si Duterte ng International Criminal Court sa pagpatay ng libong adik na umano’y ‘‘nanlaban’’. Nabisto ang pandarambong ng mga tauhan at kaibigan niya sa Pharmally. Nalantad ang pagkomplot ni campaign contributor Dennis Uy sa Malampaya gas field. At isinuko sa Communist China ang ating West Philippine Sea.

Dahilan lahat ‘yan para manatili siya sa poder. Kumakandidato siyang senador. Ginagawang Vice President ang anak. At nagmamanok ng kandidatong Pangulo na magpuprotekta sa kanya kontra bilanggo at magpapatuloy ng pagkatuta sa Communist China.

Magaganap lahat ‘yan kung patuloy ang paghahati-hati ng Oposisyon. Mapera at makapangyarihan na nga ang mga bata-bata ni Duterte, nakakalat pa sa mga paksiyon ang hanay ng Oposisyon.

Mag-isip-isip na sana ang mga totoong nagnanais ng pagbabago. Mas mahalaga ang kapakanan ng madla kaysa personal na ambisyon. Hindi nakakahiya kundi dakila kung umatras ang mahihina sa kanila. Pagsanibin nila ang kalat na puwersa. Suportahan nila ang isa lang para Pangulo at VP, at 12 lang para senador.

Alam ng Oposisyon ang kahihinatnan ng pagkawatak-watak nila. Mananalo ang mga dinastiyang mandarambong at traydor sa bansa. Lalong lalaganap ang karalitaan at gutom. Malulusaw ang mga hanapbuhay at mapapabayaan ang edukasyon. Mapapasakamay ng Communist China ang WPS. At bababa sa kasaysayan ang katigasan ng ulo ng Oposisyon sa Eleksiyon 2022. Diyos ko po!

Malamya ang tugon ng National Telecommunications Commission kontra sa pagdagsa ng text scams. Sabi nito sa publiko, huwag na lang daw pansinin ang mga duma­dagsang text mula sa kung sinu-sino na nag-aalok ng pekeng investment, produkto, serbisyo, utang, premyo, trabaho o charity. Dahil mula sa mga ‘di-kilalang mobile numbers ang text offers, alam na raw natin na malamang na panlo­loko ito, kaya i-delete na lang imbis na basahin – baka ma­biktima pa ng panlalansi.

Wala bang silbi ang NTC? Parang sinasabi na dahil halata namang holdaper ang aali-aligid sa iyo sa plaza o mall o restoran, lumayo ka na lang. Hindi man lang sinisikap ng NTC na lutasin ang problema na marami talagang nabibiktima ng matatamis na salita ng scammers.

Matagal nang pinanukala na obligahin lahat ng mobile service providers at subscribers na irehistro ang mga SIM sa totoong pangalan at address, walang exemption, walang palu-palusot, walang palakasan. Sa gan’ung paraan makikilala agad ang text scammer.

Padaliin din sana ng NTC ang proseso ng pag-report ng junk texts at scammers. Sa sobrang hirap nawawalan ng gana mag-file ng report ang mga mamamayan na nais tumulong labanan ang salot. Kung merong otomatikong “Report Junk” para sa email, meron din dapat bersiyon para sa text.

Obligahin din ang mga lehitimong negosyong nag-aalok gamit ang text na irehistro ang kanilang SIM sa espesyal na talaan. May teknolohiya na kapag nag-text ang negosyante, lalabas ang pangalan niya o ng kompanya, adress, numero ng rehistro at sertipiko na matino siya. Kung hindi rehistrado ang numero at ni-report ito ng publiko, agad dapat itong i-block ng NTC. At utusan ang Globe, Smart, Sun, o Dito na patayin ang SIM ng palsipikadong nag-aalok. E di tapos siya.
